We intend to publicize the study conducted in the 2008-2009 academic year on the level of training on skills to confront bulling amongst teachers in Obligatory Secondary Education. These kinds of problems exist throughout the educational system, however, in high school they increase given the characteristics of adolescence. There is a protocol that guides faculty actions when they are faced with bullying situations; however, this does not offer the answers needed for the small, daily incidents that occur in school life. Emotional Distress Following Childbirth: An Intervention to Buffer Depressive and PTSD Symptoms.

Childbirth for some women is a negative experience associated with depressive and post-traumatic symptoms. The preventive actions focusing on helping mothers to cope with negative emotions experienced after childbirth are strongly recommended. It is also recommended both to intervene early and on all women to avoid the risk that these symptoms can worsen in the months after childbirth. Prosociality and life satisfaction: A daily-diary investigation among Spanish university students

Abstract With a diary study, we tested the positive effect of prosociality on life satisfaction. Fifty-six Spanish undergraduate students (45 females; Mage = 21.08 years) rated their life satisfaction, prosociality, self-esteem, and physical appearance for 5 consecutive days. Multilevel results indicated that within-individual positive deviations in prosociality (i.e., behaving more prosocial than usual) were uniquely and significantly associated with higher life satisfaction on that specific day.
